• When hiring a room please factor in the time needed to set up and clear up. It is not acceptable to set up early and inconvenience the users before your event or to expect others to clear up after your event.

• There is no car parking at the church. The nearest pay and display car parks are St Helen’s Wharf, next to the Adam & Eve public house and the Magdalen Street car park next to St Saviours church building. There is a small car-park across the street, but limited to two hours.

• First aid boxes are located in the kitchen and on the reception desk. Please complete the incident book entry if there is any accident.
